כל רגש כזה שהדחקנו יצר בנו חסימה, ועם הזמן היא התחזקה וגרמה לנו להתרחק מעצמנו.

המטרה בטיפול היא לעבור דרך החסימות המושרשות בנו זמן כה רב. דווקא על ידי כך שניתן לרגשות, לתחושות ולמחשבות ה"שליליים" לעלות ולהיות,
נסכים להתבונן בהם ולחוות אותם דרך הגוף.

על ידי כך שניתן להם מקום לשוב ולהיות חלק בלתי נפרד מאיתנו, למעשה נחזיר לעצמנו חלקים אנרגטיים שננעלנו בתוכנו כי סירבנו לקבל את קיומם ובכך מנענו מהם את האור ואת הריפוי.

and more.
The physical touch has the power to penetrate further than the muscles,
onto inner feelings and emotions.
